Whose Photos do you have in your wallet?

I was at a food stall a few days ago, waiting for my take-away Mee Bandung. I was sitting quite close to the cashier. That gives me the opportunity to observe people paying for their food.

I noticed that almost all the younger girls have photos of somebody else in their wallet. It was visible the first time they open their wallet. Most of the time it will be a passport photo of a man (or boy, depending on whose wallet it is). Other times, it will be a cutout of a "couple-photo".

I also observed that none of the man who took out their wallet has those kind of photos. At least not prominently displayed once the wallet was opened.

Perhaps, it was just at that time and at that particular stall. Perhaps I was not looking hard enough when it comes to man. Perhaps girls have bigger sized wallets. Anyhow, I know that I only have mandatory photos in my wallet. Mandatory as in the one attached to the identification documents.

What does that say about man, woman and their wallet. I leave it for you to interpret.....
